Kyle Pinder

Biography

Kyle Pinder is a Partner within the Corporate Counseling and Commercial Transactions group at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnel LLP in Wilmington, Delaware. Pinder’s practice focuses on corporate governance, including initial public offerings, contests for control, stockholder activism, and proxy contests. Additionally, he provides counseling for corporations, directors, and officers on M&A, financing, and restructuring transactions. Pinder is also a frequent speaker and writer on topics of Delaware corporate law. Before joining Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnel LLP, he was an extern to the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He earned his BA in history from the University of Delaware and his JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
