Biography

Titi Cole serves on the boards of Citigroup and Datadog, as well as on the board of CARE USA, where she chairs the Audit and Risk Management Committee. She is a financial services executive and global business leader who most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Franchises at Citigroup and was a member of the company’s Executive Management Team. In that role, she managed and oversaw the divestiture of Citigroup’s international consumer banking division, which operated across 14 countries and employed more than 70,000 people. Cole has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services, payments, and professional services industries. Previously, she spent six years at McKinsey & Company and held leadership roles across the financial services sector.

Cole received her Bachelor of Economics from the University of Ibadan and her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
