Biography

Nicolas Khouri is Executive Compliance Director and BSA/AML Officer for Ally Financial and Ally Bank. He oversees Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering compliance activities for the organization. Previously, Khouri was Deputy AML Officer, leading AML and OFAC program execution across risk assessments, governance, and business line oversight. He also served as Senior Compliance Director overseeing AML investigations, SAR filings, and law enforcement coordination, and earlier as Senior Audit Director overseeing Compliance and Legal. Before joining Ally, he spent seven years as an AML auditor at Wachovia/Wells Fargo. Khouri has more than 20 years of auditing and compliance experience in financial institutions and investment banking, with a focus on AML and international operations.

Khouri received his MBA in Finance and International Business from George Washington University.
