Biography

Matt Lembcke is Senior Director of Model Governance at TIAA. He serves as Head of Model Governance, with responsibility for the firm’s model governance function and oversight of model risk management activities. Lembcke has extensive experience in model governance, operational risk, market risk, and compliance within the financial services industry. Prior to joining TIAA, he served as Operational Risk Manager at Bank of the West and spent more than 14 years at UBS Wealth Management.

Lembcke received his BA in History from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
