M. Scott Peeler

Biography

Scott Peeler is a Partner at ArentFox Schiff in New York, where he also serves as a member of the firm’s executive committee and co-leads the firm’s Government Enforcement & White Collar group and the Complex Litigation department. He also serves as the co-chair of the Investigations group. Scott specializes in white-collar criminal defense and has experience handling complex civil litigation and global corporate compliance. Scott previously served as the Managing Director in charge of Compliance at Stroz Friedberg, as well as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Scott has a BA from UNC and a JD from UNC School of Law.
