Keith R.G. Goodwin

Biography

Keith Goodwin is Assistant General Counsel with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. His specialties include banking supervision and regulation, regulatory policy, credit risk management, and the orderly resolution of banks.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, a master’s degree in public policy from Duke University, and both a master’s degree in English and a law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
