Biography

Karin Hill Lockovitch is Partner and Head of Retail Banking Regulatory Compliance at Oliver Wyman. She leads retail banking regulatory compliance advisory services, drawing on extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and banking regulation. Lockovitch has served as a consultant and interim chief risk and compliance officer for a variety of bank and non-bank financial services companies, including Column Bank, loanDepot, and Thrivent Financial Bank. Previously, she held leadership roles at Bank of the West and Zions Bancorporation, SunTrust, Ally, Target Bank, and held credit risk leadership roles at Lehman Brothers Commercial Bank and American Express.

Lockovitch received her MBA in Finance from the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business and her BS in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
