Biography

Jeffrey Shue is Managing Director, Global Payment Solutions Compliance and Operational Risk Executive at Bank of America. He leads the teams responsible for compliance and operational risk oversight of the bank’s merchant services products and platform, payment strategy and innovation, and enterprise payment processing across the bank’s core payment rails. Shue has extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and consumer financial regulation, including developing and overseeing compliance programs for payments, lending, deposits, and other financial services. Prior to his current role, he held several senior compliance leadership positions at Bank of America. Earlier in his career, he served in compliance leadership roles at E*TRADE Financial Corporation, at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He also held compliance and operational risk positions at Citigroup.

Shue received his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his BS in Mass Communication from Towson University.
