Elizabeth Kirk

Biography

Elizabeth Kirk is a partner at White & Case in New York City. As a member of the firm’s Debt Finance practice group, Kirk advises investments banks, private equity groups, financial institutions, and credit agencies and borrowers on financial related matters. She also specializes in maritime and offshore sector law, having seconded to the Shipping, Offshore & Oil Services group at Nordea Bank Norge ASA and the firm’s EMEA Debt Finance team. Prior to joining the firm, Kirk worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London.

Kirk graduated with a BSJ from Northwestern University and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
