Biography
Beth Ising is Partner and Co‑Chair of the Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance Practice Group with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Washington, DC. She also advises nonprofit organizations on governance matters and has contributed to national discussions on proxy advisor regulation, including testifying before the U.S. Congress and authoring publications on corporate governance and securities law. Previously, she served on the Advisory Board of Northwestern University’s Securities Regulation Institute and the Advisory Board of the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware. Ising has a BS from James Madison University and a JD from UNC School of Law.
