Biography

Brandon Moen is Director of Ethics at USAA. He leads ethics-related initiatives and oversight within the organization, drawing on experience in ethics, anti-money laundering compliance, financial crimes risk management, and controls governance. Moen previously served at USAA as Ethics Advisor Lead and Manager of Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. Prior to joining USAA, he held business risk and control roles at Wells Fargo and financial crimes compliance positions at Bank of America. Earlier in his career, he served as General Operations Manager at Transworld Systems and completed a legal externship with the United States Attorney’s Office.

Moen received his JD from Charlotte School of Law and his BS in Business Teacher Education from the University of North Dakota.
