Biography

Bayo Oyewole is Chief Compliance Officer, Conduct Risk & Ethics at USAA. He oversees the company’s conduct risk compliance program, including anti-bribery and corruption, antitrust, ethics, sensitive positions, licensing, and sales practices, and regularly reports to the board and executive leadership on ethics and compliance trends, risk management, and related governance matters. Oyewole also has responsibility for issue management and controls testing and has led governance efforts related to USAA’s sustainability initiatives. Prior to joining USAA, he served as Executive, Global Compliance at Danaher Corporation and held roles at ThinkSmart Global,  Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, PepsiCo, Sabre, EY, and the Open Society Initiative for West Africa.

Oyewole received his MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University and his BS in Management & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University.
