Biography

Ashley Pauling is Compliance Manager at Ally. In this role, she works within the company’s compliance organization, building on experience in compliance oversight, reporting, and analysis. Prior to joining Ally, Pauling served as Assistant Director, Academic Advisor, and Adjunct Faculty at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Earlier in her career, she held student services and admissions roles at York Technical College and Piedmont Technical College.

Pauling received her MA in Counseling from Hampton University, and her BA in Sociology from the University of South Carolina. Currently, she is pursuing her EdD in Educational Leadership, Higher Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
