Biography

Georgia Latsis Stephenson is Chief of Staff to the CEO of Ally Financial. In this role, Stephenson collaborates with business and functional leaders and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO’s office and manages enterprise-wide business initiatives and executive leadership routines. Prior to becoming Chief of Staff, she led Ally’s Regulatory Examination Office, with responsibility for regulatory affairs, strategy, examination management, and oversight of regulatory examinations and activities involving federal and state agencies. Stephenson also oversaw Compliance Program Management and Enterprise Functions Compliance and led compliance culture and employee engagement initiatives across the Enterprise Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Division. Before joining Ally, she spent 12 years at Bank of America in Global Corporate and Investment Banking Compliance and Human Resources, including service on the Investment Banking Internal Investigations Employee Relations team.

Stephenson received her BS in Business Administration, International Business from the University of Denver.
