Biography

Erin Burke Henderson is an Associate General Counsel in the Legal Regulatory Group at U.S. Bank. Henderson has previous experience as an in-house attorney in financial services, supporting both legal regulatory matters and the consumer mortgage line of business, and as an attorney in private practice. She focuses her practice on consumer regulatory issues.

Henderson earned her Bachelor’s from Pennsylvania State University and her JD from the University of Notre Dame School of Law
